THE DEEP MEANING BEHIND THIS POEM
Hi I hope everyone are happy and safe.
So yeah I was in 10th when I was taught this poem. This poem was so beautiful and had a very deep meaning. So I just wanted to share this with everyone.
Fire and Ice . This poem only says about the desire and the jealousy that people have between them.
In the starting of the poem the poet talks about how the world will end. As fire stands for the uncontrollable feelings of human like greed,desire etc.
And Ice stands for the cold attitude that humans have towards each other. The real thing is why do humans go against each other.
This might feel or look like a small topic but isn’t it wrong that people hold grudges and vengeance on other people who are doing better than them.
A small thought won’t this grudges and vengeance destroy the world? Or those material love that people have.
Today the world loves material thing and uses the people doesn’t it? People betray each other and disappoint each other.
Instead why don’t we apot for something better? Why don’t we encourage people who are better than us and uplift the people who are doing poor than us? Rather than keeping any vengeance or any grudges why don’t we spread love among us.
